Health Safety and well-being

At Prodrive Technologies' we are committed to upholding labor rights across all aspects of our business. Prodrive programs focus on maintaining good working conditions in Prodrive's own workforce and in our supply chain, with particular emphasis on health and safety. Engaging with our workforce is essential for shaping HR policies and fostering a strong organizational culture. We use several methods to ensure employee perspectives inform strategic decisions.

Prodrive's health and safety policies and actions apply across the entire organization. Prodrive's Health and Safety (H&S) strategy and policy aim to minimize safety risks and improve working conditions for all employees and subcontractors on our premises. Sites operate under a centralized strategy, with local representatives responsible for implementing policies aligned with regional regulations. Prodrive maintains an ISO 45001-certified Health & Safety management system.
