Science Park Eindhoven, May 2026 – Prodrive Technologies Group B.V. (“Prodrive Technologies”) announces the appointment of Mark Roeloffzen as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective June 1, 2026.
Mark Roeloffzen succeeds Pieter Janssen, current CEO and co‑founder of Prodrive Technologies, who will transition into the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and remain a member of the Executive Board.
Mark brings nearly 20 years of international leadership experience in the semiconductor and high‑technology sectors. He joins Prodrive Technologies from ams OSRAM, where he most recently served as Executive Vice President and Head of Global Sales, with responsibility for defining the global commercial strategy and strengthening customer partnerships across key markets.
Previously, he held senior leadership roles at NXP Semiconductors and Nexperia. At Nexperia, Mark served as an Executive and General Manager of a global Business Group, combining strategic, commercial, R&D, and operational responsibility with full P&L ownership. Across these roles, he built a strong track record in scaling technology‑driven organizations, navigating complex global markets, and aligning innovation with long‑term business strategy.
Mark has worked extensively across Europe, Asia, and the United States, and brings strong ecosystem knowledge in key technology regions including China and Korea. He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from the University of Twente and an Executive MBA with honors from IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland.
