We are pleased to announce the appointment of Vincent Kwaks and Anne Schouten as new members of the Supervisory Board of the Group as of October 6, 2023. The supervisory board now consists of 5 members.
Vincent Kwaks holds an MSc in Physics from the Eindhoven University of Technology and has over 30 years of experience in complex system design, integration, and delivery. He worked in roles ranging from hands-on engineering to various leadership positions at Logica, OMRON, THM Van Vliet-Pijnacker, ASML, and Vanderlande Industries where he was CTO until 2020. Currently, Vincent is a strategic advisor at Vanderlande Industries.
Anne Schouten holds a BS in Philosophy from the University of Nijmegen and an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management and has over 35 years of commercial and general management experience in different industries. He worked at Internatio-Muller, BuhrmannUbbens, Jongeneel, Rettig and PontMeyer, where he was CEO until 2019. Currently, Anne is a member of the supervisory board at Westag & Getalit AG and at Van Wijnen, and chairman of the supervisory board at Atlas Professionals.
